Dr. Tugrul maral??????

Do you guys have opinions on this guy?
From what i see his clinic is very cheap compared go others but will it take away from the quality?
He recommended i needed about 2500grafts for hairline for a price of 2400$ usd which seems very cheap.
Any info is apreciated
