Is it worth buying Dr. Lees regrowth shampoo? It has 2% KETO + Salicylic acid. Is salycilic acid any helpful for hairgrowth ?

some believe SA help to reduce inflammation as well as allowing other ingredient to penetrate your skin better.

Schmeh, just get T/Sal and Nizoral 2%. Exactly the same thing.

Or generic coal tar shampoo and generic keta 2% shampoo, you'd save heaps of money for the same effect.

felk, actually you don't save much. dr. lee's shampoo is reasonably priced and it would cost more or less the same to buy them separately as nizoral and t-sal.

i agree that it is pretty cheap... in my country, nizoral 2% is just a couple of dollar cheaper than Dr. Lee shampoo... further Lee's shampoo have 20ml more...

i think it worth the price... too bad i didn't notice his shampoo when i purchase his product a week ago...

Re: Dr. Lee's Regrowth Shampoo ?

I read the following on Dr. Lee's web site, at the bottom of the description of his Regrowth Shampoo:

"Salicylic acid has the potential of causing an altered appearance of the hair after extended use."

Anyone experience this or know what it is referring to?

Yeah that's true, sorry, i'll stop saying go for nizoral and t/sal.

However, it's definately more expensive than generic versions. I can get a huge ton of coal tar shampoo for next to nothing at my local supermarket, and i think theres a generic version of nizoral 2% at unitedpharmacies that is half the price of nizoral.
