hey guys...ive been strictly on Dr.Lee's products for about 1 month...5% spironolactone, 5% xandrox day and night and regrowth shampoo...and tricomin here and there on random days...oh yah...and alot of vitamins and amino acids for my workouts may have had a role...ive also added potent aloe vera gel that i use straight instead of diluting
i must say that in the span of 1 month...my hair has gone from terrible to worse to better than when i started...and im not delusional...
when i started...my temples were horrible because of some pills i had taken to balance out hormones...they became worse after i started using minoxidil because of the shed on top of a VERY stressing period in my life only made the shedding worse...there were days where i would come out of the shower and break down because the shed was so drastic that i could make out what i would look like as a norwood 5 or 6 when my hair was DRY...so the wet hair truly made things very "graphic?"
things got ALOT better later in the month...i know that for many of you that may sound like alot of bull...but ill start taking pictures from now on to guage my progress...i believe my goal was a realistic one...i wasnt looking for the teenage hairline...just enough thickening so that i could be confident and although its not completely there yet...i can manage without totally feeling crappy about my hair...and i still have 11 months!...when your family members who see you everyday notice a difference then i know im not crazy...i have trouble seeing through to my scalp!...my hair always grew very fast...but the MSM has it out of control
the only complaints i have is the body hair, uneven distribution of regrowth and growth of hair under my eye?! (can you say chewbacca?)
but thats nothing a tweezer cant take care of
