On his home page there's a drop down list of countries he ships to - looks like he ships just about anywhere.

Don't know how much his postal rates are though.

uh huh. about 7 days. maybe less theyre pretty good actually.

postage on a tub of spironolactone was about a fiver. it calculates it all for you before you have to commit to pay on his site.
