Dr. Feriduni Payment Policy Is Correct?

Hi.

I am talking with Feriduni hair clinic. I got this mail:

"To reserve a treatment slot, we ask for a deposit of € 1.815 within 5 working days and the outstanding amount needs to be paid in full, ultimately, 30 days before the surgery date."

Is this normal? To pay 100 % in advance before even seeing them? I am just curious, I don't want to be "scammed". I understand the deposit, but paying all 30 days before the surgery date sounds weird.

Makes sense for a top clinic like Feriduni, probably has a lot of people cancelling right before surgery causing loss of business

Think more people than you might think cancel last minute or try to reschedule.

That said it's a bit weird to pay the whole thing in full before being there. For B isanga for example I had a deposit and then paid the rest on the day.

I suggest talking to them on the phone.
