In this video, Dr. Cole covers platelet lysate, ACell, follicle regeneration, and the use of follicle stem cells to stimulate hair growth. These new medical technologies are improving, healing, reducing hypopigmentation in the donor areas, and increasing the number of follicles that regenerate at the extraction sites.

Do you think there's any truth to these methods of FUE that allow for a better donor supply to remain? If this is the case it would be unwise to get a FUE without those techniques. Obviously, managing the donor area for additional touch-ups later on is the name of the game. Curious if this is just BS or if he has actually managed to increase donor "replenishment".
