cancer is a natural phenomenon. Should we not treat that? This guy is delusional about his views on baldness.

lol EXTRAORDINARY risk

are you sure he is not thinking of oral spironolactone, but I am not sure if that even has permanent sides

lets not forget OP was the one who posted a study he incorrectly read to "prove" finasteride has permanent sides where a single 35 year old man with moderate ED continued to have ED after stopping finasteride in a sample size of over 100 people with 1 man with ED in the placebo group as well.

he only sees what he wants to see, and for some reason he has an extreme bias towards anti-androgens or maybe "unnatural" medicines in general

Those two things aren't remotely comparable.

Well I mean any internal drug is a dangerous toxic medication so hes not really wrong. I think most doctors would generally argue against the use of an internal drug for a cosmetic problem whether people would agree or not.
The rest of what he says you could say about wrinkles or any cosmetic problem that its just part of getting older dont worry about it because its not a disease. Tell that to the millions of people that do care and the other people that live with it because treatments just suck
