I red somewhere that working out in the gym makes your hair fall out faster. Is that a myth, or it has some truth to it?
Just like me i get more acne to when i liftI think I shed a bit less and also less acne prone when I take time off the gym. But it's not something I take into equation with my hair loss, I just lift.
Dont forget some ppl are really sensetive to changes in there bodywho cares, it wont make a difference.

Lifting weights will spike your hormone levels temporarily, of which they fall back to baseline after. Not enough to induce any damage.
