Looks fine mate especially at 22. With buzz cut and a flash photo anyone would see their crown looking like that for the simple reason its the point on your head where hair is going diff directions and parts. From what i see doesnt look like male pattern baldness. If it is it will be slow and only on crown. Keep an eye on it over nxt two yrs. if it gets worst finasteride would sort you right out as its most effective on crown.
