Does the wrinkled brow test always work?

I came across this test online that said that your juvenile hairline is where your highest wrinkled brow is. I checked this out from both childhood photos and even back then my hairline was quite high(I have a large forehead), and above the highest wrinkle. I was just wondering if there are possible exceptions to this rule, as I'm quite confused if I'm the only one that this happens with. :sad:
