I've been on 1mg finasteride (2 years), 2.5mg oral minoxidil (almost 1 year) and 1.5 mm derma-rolling once per week (almost 2 months) with high average to great subjective results. I would like to include PRP into the equation, however I have noticed online that there are different types of PRP offered by different clinics, meaning that the type of machine used to obtained the plasma-rich blood is different.
Do these differences in the machine use matter that much? If yes, what type PRP/machine should I ask the potential doctor performing the PRP to have, before I book my appointment?
