Does the tightness increase or decrease while on finasteride?

Hi , i just want to make sure if finasteride is doing the right thing for me because i have been shedding like i nvr had before after i started finasteride. But something that i am sure of is that the soreness on male pattern baldness areas is worse than before i started finasteride. If this is caused by finasteride what can i do to stop the soreness?

Anyone that has experience in this please answer my question . Is it a good thing for the the soreness to increase while on finasteride ? does that mean regrowth or the other way round

hrmm b4 i started finasteride i did have that tightness with itching, but it def slowly went away within a month of using it.

I know the sensation you are describing, I equated it too wearing a tight hat all day... mine went away probably 2 months into using propecia, maybe sooner

So the sensation is still there , does that mean that i need to get off propecia asap ? i am really depressed these few days as my hairline has gone back further.
