There is a genetic element I guess from my father but I am 3 siblings with zero hairloss. My two sisters have high estrogen levels and despite having other endocrine issues, have never suffered Androgenetic Alopecia.

You can get prolactin and sex hormone bloods tests, but the most accurate way is mri scan, which is how I was diagnosed. You need a specialist for that.
