Does Prednisolone ( Oral Corticoid) Cause Hair Loss And Acne Often?

My Doctor put me on a one week course of oral prednisolone for sever tinnitus. The dosage is 70 mg per day for 7 days, but the side are scary.

Does this cause hair shedding and acne often? thx
I have important exam to pass and this tinnitus is driving me crazy.
