Many of the posters in success stories section has some kind of multivitamin as part of their regimen. So, considering that I started using Perfectil Multivitamin a couple of weeks agp and it has made my skin oilier and my seb. dermatitis seems to have become worse since starting it.

Are multivitamins really helpful for hair growth because I want to stop using it but if they are really helpful and can help other treatments work better then I would like to give it try for a while.

Absolutely not.

One last word of advice.

This site will only reinforce your negative attitude towards your hair loss and cause depression.

If you need to cure your hair loss at whatever cost your best bet is finasteride. Don't mess with anything else. That's all I needed and it worked for 8.5 years.

My issue with this drug is that it's harmful. You are saving your hair for vanity purposes meanwhile you are interfering and blocking your natural androgen hormones.

This is really my last post. I won't be coming back on here to follow up so don't bother responding to this message.

HairLossTalk.com has been a detriment to my life and though I would love to pass on my wisdom and warn people this site is not going to be the place to do it.

Good luck everyone.

Yes, multivitamins are good for helping hair. Keep in mind though that multivitamins won't do a single thing to help treat Androgenic Alopecia. Stick to using proven treatments if you suffer from genetic hair loss.
