Does higher testosterone accelerates male pattern baldness? or is it actually people having low testosterone that accelerates it by having the body convert more of it to DHT?
I've seen split opinions about this subject and I'm quite confused about it, I've seen people saying if you increase your testosterone it will increase male pattern baldness, and I've seen many others who say that low amounts of testosterone in the body could actually make it convert more of it to DHT and thus accelerate male pattern baldness.
I'm thinking of going on TRT to increase my testosterone to more normal levels (since mine is lower than it should be for my age) but I'm not sure if it's gonna accelerate my male pattern baldness or perhaps slow it down? since some say it will make it worse but others say it might actually slow it down
