I just got a new job and have to take a drug test for it. Was wondering if finasteride would show up on it and if I should tell the testing company that I'm taking it?

I heard that some guy on the olympic team got banned from playing because when they tested him they found finasteride in him so ya imo it is possible they could find it. I know that it's half life is short for finasteride so possible a few days off could do it. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable about this subject could chime in.
Why would a company looking to hire someone have them tested for a legal prescription drug that lots of people take? obviously they are looking for common illegal drugs by using your urine which is cheap to test but only checks for a few weeks time while hair can indicate use of a drug within a month or so.
