i see alot of people who only use finasteride/propecia and have way thicker hair etc, but finasteride/Propecia are for "maintaing your hair thats left" how do people get thicker hair from that?
i get minoxidil becuase its ment to grow back hair.
finasteride usually can thicken the diameter of the hair, giving a denser appearance overall. It's pretty difficult to actually get significant regrowth, and almost impossible to get regrowth in an area that's already slick bald
