Yes it does, well mine does at least. I shaved my head one time, it took a lot longer to grow my head hair back out, my beard hair would have grown to the same length in half the time. But I do have a really thick heavy beard, I started growing a full, heavy beard at 16, DHT....

Hair is such a mystery. :shock:

If I grow my beard out I look like a homeless person. But if I shave I look like a ten year old kid.

It just depends on the person. If you are balding, your scalp hair will grow slower. Women's hair will grow faster. Guys with bushy bears will have facial hair that grows faster than guys who barely have hair.
