Does every 3 days mean 2 or 3 days in between uses?

When people advise using Nizoral every 3 days are they implying 2 or 3 days in between each use?

two days use regular shampoo

and every third day use nizoral

i use nizoral every other day, but was wondering aside from the antiflamity benifit am i not gaining anything from the mild DHT blocking effect of the active ingredient I.E am i wasting nizoral my using it that much, what is the active life of the drug on the hair folicle?

So it's 2 days in between then? Why do people say every 3? If every 3 days is 2 days in between, then what is every 2 days? One day in between? That would be every other day, which is not the same as every 2 days. :lost: Can anyone help explain?
