I ws jst wondering that if anyone got any type of benefit using dermaroller??
I dont wanna use minoxidil so early...so considering this(derma roller) option nly
One more ques...what nizoral shampoo does fr male pattern baldness...I hv seen so many people include nizoral in their regimen
Something about my family history....I hv two maternal uncles having head full of hair...they are 30-32 yrs old....I hv 5 paternal uncles and except one uncle all have haed full of hair...that one uncle has gone bald at 35....my maternal grandparents still have their head full of hair...paternal grandfather passed away at early ageage
With so clear family history m not still sure is it male pattern baldness or mature hairline...

I have done extensive reading on dermaroller and my conclusion is it does not work but may help minoxidil absorbtion. I use a 0.5mm every 3-4 days just to do that but am not expecting it to do anything. So in opinion: I'm afraid not.

finasteride works for most people but 3 weeks is too early. Give it atleast a few months, ideally 6 months to see any results.
