Although my hair was never great and I have always had issues with it since high school, I had at the age of 24 I was confortable with it because my friends were balding a lot faster then me, and they had great hair in high school. My hair line was actually the same these last 6 years, and it wasn't even that thiner than in high school.

I started taking creatine to elevate my workout performance... and after a month I started noticing major hair loss :( Really thinning. And am feeling really crappy, because maybe i accelerated my natural hair loss process.

Does anybody know anything about this or has experienced something like this? Is the hair loss temporary... or did I **** up once again?

I have heard many guys with the acceleration with their hair loss while using creatine but no studies or reasonable scientific theory suggest creatine cause hair loss. Rumors to the contrary are undoubtedly related to the false perception that creatin is closely related to steroids. I think perhaps the supplements taken by most of the men may be increasing T levels. The question is wheter t levels are increase or if increased DHT receptor binding is occugin or some other scientific factor.
