Hi. I'm 27 and I have alopecia barbae. I may also have regular alopecia areata but I'm more focused on my beard right now. I have a couple of questions that I hope someone here can answer.
1) Does anything, besides stress, make alopecia worse? I want to know if there are any activities or foods to avoid.
2) If I get my beard plucked, waxed, lasered or have electrolysis done, would most of those hairs just not grow back?
