I've gone from .5 norwood back in december/january to complete diffusion in about 6 months.

Seriously, I started shedding and it never stopped and the doctors can't tell me sh*t.

I don;t think the hair is going to come back, does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Too vague of a question for us to answer. More than likely you're just one of the unfortunates that have hairloss seriously bad. I went from gorgeous lockes to "what the f*** happened to me?" in about 3 months. You'll have to explain your situation in some more detail. What's the pattern your loss is making... any treatments. Just add some color to the painting.

Sorry I couldn't be helpful.

OK, starting in APril, I went from curly thick hair to shedding EVERYWHERE, ALL THE TIME, OVER EVERYTHING

-on my pillow
-shower
-comb
-shirts
-girlfriend
-heyboard.

Freaking hair everywhere.

I always ate healthy, normal to slightly high stress levels. Work out 1.5 hours a day, lots of fish and greens etc...

No genetic history, Mommy and Daddy both have afros, even at advanced ages.

No pattern, diffuse everywhere.

Ah neiltom he said no pattern so it could be Telogen Effluvium and not male pattern baldness.

My advice is to see a doctor to help nail down a diagnosis.

But As far as I can tell about myself I went to a great head of hair to completely diffuse thinning on top with some really bad spots in 3-4 months. After starting treatments I think my loss has calmed down but I need more time to see what is really going on up there.

I took as a complete diffusion in the NW6/7 pattern. If it's all over his head including back and sides then its probably Telogen Effluvium.

Whatever the situation, take Dinzy's advice and see a doctor ASAP.

So I just saws a doctor, he thinks its Seb Derm, not male pattern baldness or anything else. But he wants me to have a blood test done and has presripbed me Nizoral and something else. I am wondeirng if Seb Derm would cause THAT much hair to fall out and he said definetly.

My question is, should I start on a low dose of Propecia, like 1/2 EOD or 1MG EOD or 1/2 ED? I really don't want this to by MBP masking itself as Telogen Effluvium and then have missed my window to have done somthing about it while I can.

What is everyones thougths?
