Does Alecpcine C1 Help With Hairloss? Can't Find An Answer

Hello guys,
I've been trying to search for some answers regarding this caffeine shampoo.
If it's relevant, I'm on Propecia and Nizoral, could be that propecia stopped working as I'm still losing hair and scalp is starting to show (MBP diffuse)..

So, any input about this shampoo will help decide if I should try it and for how long.

caffeine has shown to speed up hair growth bit it's pretty useless all in all for male pattern baldness,can't hurt using it on the days you are not using nizoral though, minoxidil would be something better to use. How long have you been using finasteride and nizoral?

I've been using Propecia and Nizoral for 7 years.
After 5 years I (sadly) switched to Generic Finasteride because the patent was over and they didn't have the original and the pharmecist told me it's the same. after 2-3 months I started shedding... I switched back to Propecia but it didn't help Still on it though because maybe it does slow it down...
Nizoral also most of the time for years. Maybe except 2-3 months.
