This obviously does not apply on very stressful actions like sprinting, but more like your everyday tasks or actions.

For example, if you play video games (action/competitive etc) or when you're arguing with someone etc.

I was holding my breath a lot during 2mm microneedling it was f*****g torture

I don't just tend, I hold my breath on purpose. Having tried several ways to reduce stress, I find breathing exercises (including holding breath) to be very helpful.
