DO YOU have result , on homemade spironolactone solution ?

In order to brew my spironolactone solution this is what I do:
1) I put the spironolactone along with ethanol in a glass.
2) I fill a half of a saucepan with water, put the glass inside the saucepan and proceed to heat it.
3) When I see the spironolactone has gone into solution I take the saucepan off the fire.
4) I then add PPG and water so that the solution is 50% ethanol, 30% PPG and 20% distilled water.
The main problem with this solution is that if I don't heat it it hardly stays in solution and precipitates. If I heat it it makes a much greater solution but there's some cristalization. I'm going to try the approach of using 50/50 ethanol/PPG without adding water and see what happens.
By the way, it would be interesting that someone posted a recipe for making a spironolactone CREAM... everybody says it works so much better than the solution that I'm wishing to try it.

Cream based spironolactone is extremely easy. Either:
1. Mix desired spironolactone tabs into dermavan or dermabase (neutral based cream)
2. Mix spironolactone into a small amount of ppg first, then add to dermavan or dermabase.
The latter of the two might help ensure the spironolactone is as evenly distributed as possible but I dont think it is necessary.

2- in my country there is not any thing like as dermovan
can i use natural oil such as emu oil instead of dermovan ?
what things i can use instead of dermovan ?

Most guys like 3%. So take the grams of cream (28g = 1oz) and multiply that by the percentage. So, for example, if you want a 3% solution and you want to make an oz 28g x .03 = .84g or 840mg of spironolactone.
The filler in the spironolactone pills with throw off the ratio a bit but you dont have to be exact! As Bryan has said, "you aint mixing rocket fuel for the space shuttle"
