Do You Guys Think This Is Diffuse Thinning?

Hi guys, for a few months I've been thinking I was suffering from male pattern baldness because my hair felt lighter & I really wouldn't be able to style it like before. I thus decided to hop on finasteride-Rogaine-Nizoral. Then last week, I decided to make the big jump & shave my head completely to assess the damages. I've come to realize my hairline hasn't receded that much, but has the my hair is growing back I feel that it's just globally less thick and strong on the top of my head.

I took some pictures and kind of feel I'm right about this diffuse thinning thing. What do you guys think?

Yes you have diffuse thinning. Your hair is much thicker at sides than on top of head.
You did best decision with BIG3. Maybe add microneedling to your regimen. It makes wonders for some people with diffusal thinning here. Specialy in combination with minoxidil.
Good luck
