do you guys think nizoral + minoxidil is enough for guys just slightly starting to thin and recede? i've got a full head of hair and wanted some opinions on guys who only use nizoral and minoxidil.

finasteride is probably better lol, and minoxidil if finasteride doesn't help you completely.

finasteride is by far the most important its 10x more effective than nizoral + minoxidil at halting hairloss.

If you want to avoid too big a DHT hit, then combining curcumin, resveratrol, plant lignans and beta-sitosterol or saw palmetto should prove effective.

I like to avoid Nizoral (and keto but to a lesser extent) and minoxidil if possible, but everyone's different I think.

Also I fall into the camp that says you want to get optimal T levels and good health, I believe all that stuff helps too. If your T is too low / E too high, I believe 5ar gets upregulated.
