Do You Guys Think I Am Balding/thinning/etc?

Hello there,
I have been to a dermatologist and he said that I am not balding but he didnt really check properly and I could tell he didnt really care so I am wondering what do you guys think?

TOP: any signs of diffuse/crown thinning? All photos taken under harsh bathroom lightning. In normal room I cant see my scalp.

Yes, it looks like the begining of male pattern baldness. But you are lucky that in your case it's not very agressive yet. On treatments you can even get some regrow.

For me it looks like you are slightly diffuse on the crown. Spot on the vertex is not a good sign either. When I noticed it for the first time I was at the age of 21.5. When I turned 22 I lost a half of my density on the whole scalp area. Now it looks like I am diffused. So it's a good time for you to go on finasteride or other meds to prevent big shedding.

Yes. And also I believe you are thinning more on your vertex. Finasteride combined with Minoxidil is probably
your best course of action.

Even the temples seem possibly Norwood 1?? Not sure. But there is definitely diffuse thinning going on.

I'm almost eighty percent certain of that.
