Hi all. I'm asking this on the behalf of my friend. His English is not so good so he asked me to ask.
Basically he wants to know can thinning shears/scissors cause damage to hair? he goes to the barbers like every 3 to 4 weeks. each time he goes he gets his hair thinned out wiith the shears. then the barber goes over the top layer of his hair with a razor. since then my friend says he feels as if his hair is thinner on top and if he gets a very short cut his scalp is somewhat not too much but somewhat visible. he never had the problem before until about 4 months ago when he started getting thinning shears in his hair.
He wants to know do thinning shears cause damage and if so will his hair ever go back to normality?
