Do these look like new hairs? (pic)

I haven't cut my hair short (i.e. less than 1 cm) ever but my since I've started my treatment I've noticed these new short black hairs around my hairline (see pic)

Do these short hairs look like new hairs to you, or is it impossible to say without a "before" pic?

Could be quite possible to have new hairs coming in, only thing you are lacking is a before pic. But if it gets quite noticable then im sure you can make an assumption without a before pic, just give it time.

I need to see some older images of your hair before i can say if it's new hair.

Well you will always have hair growing around! You have to observe the amount of hairs growing in that area. Has it increased?

i have these tiny hairs too, they just dont seem to grow!
