There are guys on this forum that have been taking it for 15+ years. Apparently caring about your looks doesnt stop when you get older. I think for me personally, if finasteride is able to save my hair then I will keep it until like 35 years old.

Within 6 months to a year you will loose any hair gains you might have had and your hair will go back to what it would have been if you didn’t take finasteride.
