I've been reading so much information on posts from users talking about how they use coconut oil and almond oil in addition to their hair care routines to help stimulate growth. Does this actually work? Pls. advise.

Thanks!

Personally I would not take too much stock in them as a reliable defense against your hair loss That is not saying they will not help. In the near future I hope to add emu oil to my modest regimen. Reviews I read are very mixed, predominantly anecdotal and overtly too sensationalized for my extremely analytical taste. Once I start on emu oil I'll give it at least a year before I determine its efficacy. This will be hard to tell however because I won't be trialing it alone. I will say emu oil has a good reputation for it's emollient and deep hydrating traits and is not known to "block " your pores .Its true there is just an overwhelming amount of controversial info to navigate thru on this topic. Whichever one you choose only trust yourself to be your own judge and jury before you execute this one. Keep us informed and best wishes!

Yeah, they're fine as supplemental treatments, but if you ignore clinically proven treatments and only take natural remedies, then I don't fancy your chances.
