Do I really need finasteride + minoxidil? Will finasteride alone work for maintaining?

Hey guys quick question, like the title says.

I want some clarification. I understand most people go all in and get the BIG 3. As someone with still relatively minor and non-aggressive hair loss, if I was hoping to only maintain/slow down male pattern baldness, would using solely finasteride be fine? I understand adding minoxidil can improve my hair, but as it seems like a bit of an extra purchase, and troublesome to apply, I was hoping to avoid using it for now.

Anyone else on only finasteride?

Finasteride alone maintaining and give some regrowth.
minoxidil is just a bonus(regrowth), you don't need this.
And Nizoral(keto) is for imflamation, Dermatitis seborrheic.

You don't need Minoxidil if you just want to slow your hairloss down. finasteride alone will be fine. Nizoral isn't necessary but generally used because its cheap and easy to use.

are you sure about the keto shampoo?
