Do I Have Telogen Effluvium ???

Hey Everyone ...

This is my story.

At about July of this year, i really became obsessed with me being overwight. At that time i weighed approx 200-210 lbs. I started working out alot and very carefully watching what i ate. So much so, that i fed myself mostly fruits and vegetables, and maybe some chicken and pasta the whole day. I kept my calorie intake very low. I believe i dropped close to 30-40lbs in prolly a little over 2 months. About a month or two later, i noticed my hair really thining out. It has always been on the thin side, but never like this. After now doing some research, i realized that i may be experiencing Telogen Effluvium. Has anyone here gone through it before?

I have attached some pictures of my head, if anyone has any experience with this, or knows anything about it, i would like to hear your opinion of my situation, or the experience with yours.

What do you guys think, does this look like Telogen Effluvium ???
I only think so because of my poor diet that i went through, and the fact that im thin all-over, not just in one spot.

Yeah.. Quite possibly... Check with your dermatologist immediately or even better a hair expert.

And dont let some newbies on the forum scare you (everyone knows who they are)
