Do I have receding hairline?

Hi Guys, I'm 21 y/o and from asian descent and my issue is I'm afraid that I might end up with..hair loss :unsure: I've done some research and hereditary hair loss seems to be the most accurate, since my father and his 4 brothers all have this male pattern thing going on..nevertheless I still lived in hope that I might escape that evil gene. I have taken a few pictures, can you guys tell me if it has already started.. or I have nothing to worry about? Btw I used to grow my bangs out etc but recently I noticed a little bit of excessive hair loss (in the bath tub filter) and also hair around the temple area not growing (or at least at the same rate as my bangs).

Losing my hair would really destroy the last bit of self-confidence that I have, as you can see I'm also struggling with my skin (acne?) I haven't seen a Doctor yet but I will today or in the coming days.

Go see a Doctor and a dermatologist to see if you had male pattern baldness but judging from this photos i'd say no.

The picture quality isn't good so it's hard to say. Maybe you do have a little bit of receding. Not sure though. Maybe left side of your temple has receded a bit but it's not enough to give a conclusion.

Best thing to do is take a photo of your hairline every 6 months and compare the results. I wouldn't start finasteride until you're certain because at this point I hardly see anything wrong with your hairline. Check your hairline for miniaturization and your scalp for a bald spot or diffuse thinning.
