Howdy All
That's my first post here and starting off with a question as to whether I have MBP or not. The reason I am asking is because I not only shed from the typical male pattern baldness areas, rather I do see a hair or two from sides and from back as well.
How much an male pattern baldness shed a day ? I don't seem to find any hair if I run fingers through my hair but I do when I comb/wash my hair. I would say around 10 hair when I wash and 4-5 when I comb.
I started loosing hair when I was probably 20-22 years old and attributed to air pollution and lack of hair care. I don't use shampoo as I believe shampoos damage hair.
Now that I am almost 28 years old and I am more educated on this topic, I started to believe that probably I have MBP. My hairline has receded and I feel that the right hairline is probably more affected.
My mother's side of family has got full head of hair but my father did loose hair and his hair loss was crazy, that's what I have been told.
1.5 inches below my hairline (both end), I do see two three hair that are real thick and are making me believe that I do not have MBP (wishful thinking). The other hair nearer to those thick hair are very thin (vellus) and I have started applying castor oil over there.
Went to dermatologist and without any blood tests and all, he prescribed me some anti-fungal medicines along with a topical solution (morr-f) containing 5% minoxidil + 2% finasteride and also I am suggested to use Renokin product.
I am highly reluctant to using these products and doing headstands and ACV and stuff.
Should I go to other dermatologist and specifically ask him to do so tests on DHT level and T level ?
I am uploading my pictures. Please guide me here.

Also, I have heard people referring the term Diffuse Thinning. What is it ? Do I possess diffuse thinning ? And one more thing, I rarely see thin hair falling out. All the hair I loose are normal thick hair. It is only rare that I see thin hair falling out.
