Hey guys, 25 years old male here. I have both male pattern baldness symptoms (norwood 3 stage) AND quite some thinning on the sides. I've read that thinning on the sides isn't common for male pattern baldness, and could be explained by either diffuse patterned alopecia or telogen effluvium. Could it be that I'm suffering from two different conditions at once? Here some pics:

As male pattern baldness progresses it is common to have some thinning on the sides. They just don't usually thin to baldness. But they seem to become more sparse especially toward the front. I do not think you are suffering from any other issue.
