Do I have enough hair on the sides for an exposed youthful hairline?

So I am very excited to try a hair system out and have been brainstorming ideas for hairystyles. I have deicded to try out something like this once the system is here at a salon:

And have grown out my sides and back for around two weeks now. But now I am a little worried that the hair on my sides does not extend so far, by that I mean closer to my forehead.

Example of what I mean circled:
His hair extends past his sideburns, so when the system is attached it is connected closer together.

As you can see the recession starts from really far back, directly upwards from my sideburns and even then its slightly patchy and thin there. I'm worried I can't achieve a natural hairline and would have to put a forward comb over.

Am I overthinking it?

If you keep the fade a LOW fade, you could get away with it. You need a well made system, and a good stylist.

I don't mind doing a low/bald fade -- I just dont know how itll end up looking after a week. I should still continue to grow my hair out in the meanwhile to blend the top of the sides with the system I am assuming?
