Yes your crown and front behind your forelock is thinning into a Norwood 4 pattern maybe? It’s hard to say exactly for diffuse thinners but yeah it’s definitely making a Norwood pattern. I’d get on finasteride ASAP.

Sorry didn’t see your other post, you have nice hair overall except I think I see miniturization at your hairline which could indicate future recession. Those pictures of your hair wet though did show prominent thinning. I think you just have thick hair and creates some sort of illusion of more density when your hair is dry, you lucky bastard. I still suggest getting on finasteride.

Side effects are to each his own and it’s hard to predict who will get what. Personally I think it’s smart to get on it and it’s smart to get evaluated by a professional and get a professional opinion.
