Do Hair Replacement Systems Damage Remaining Hair Follicles

One thing that frightens me a bit about this is that I want to keep what I have for as long as possible, but am thinking having my remaining follicles slathered in a hair system,glue, tape ext, cant be good in case I ever opt for a transplant ect.?

Traction alopecia is the worst that can happen I guess. But if you use a product called
ProTouch CleanSkin Scalp Cleaner this doesn't happen. It's as solid as a gel or cream, but it's still a solvent.

The only damage it can do is pull out the hair if you are not removing the adhesive correctly. This is why you see people getting the perimeter hair shaved each time they do a re-attachment.

I know guys who have been wearing more than 20 years and still need to shave the hair under the system,
