I've been using it for about 8 months and I'm not even 100% sure I'm getting sides. I can get very hard still but I have to manually stimulate myself and I don't get morning wood anymore (only once in a GREAT while). My sex drive is still totally ferocious and my semen is normal. I can masturbate 6 times a day if I want to.
