is there anyone who have taken finistride and have father a child. how much chances are there to went impotent while taking this med??
Will it change the semen quality i mean is there any risk of having an abnormal child due to this med

Yes, it might make your semen more watery and lower your sperm count due to Finasteride's action on the prostate. It won't have any effect on children unless your wife is handling/taking Finasteride while she's pregnant.

That being said, it's not going to make you impotent, I wouldn't feel comfortable using finasteride as a form of birth control
