Do any minoxidil brands dry faster than Kirkland?

I guess I'd probably have heard about it if it did, but Kirkland minoxidil stays oily for longer than I have patience for. Spectral DNC seems to dry almost straight away. Is there a type of minoxidil with something added to make it dry in quicker?

Cheers

Dr Lee! His minoxidil dries in 5-10 minutes and is much less greasy. This is achieved because his mix has a higher alcohol and lower PPG content... some people here think this reduces its effectiveness, not sure about this, but his stuff has worked for me.

Dr. Lee's dries fast and he also sells a mix with retin-a which is supposed to improve the effectiveness. It's not cheap though, and you can get the foam for about 10 bucks a can on Amazon when the price drops. And I don't think the foam takes anywhere near 20 minutes to dry, more like 5.

i was giving a conservative estimation
the foam may dry in 5 min

but the effects it has on longer hair can last up to 15-20min

i find it completely dries in the hair (not scalp) in 10-20 min

I've been on Spectral DNC / DNC L for a while now and I would just like to say while they are very good products (with a pricetag! :thumbdown2:) I absolutely do not find them friendly in terms of drying time.

On average, since they are more commercial spray/gel-like, I'd say:

Spectral DNC 25 mins. easily (long or short hair alike)
Spectral DNC-L 1 hour~1 1/2 hour

Also, while Kirkland dries much much slower than Spectral products, I strongly miss the good ole' friendly Kirkland clean clear method of action. Come to think of it, I miss Kirkland primarily because it is non-sticky. Spectral products on the other hand are not only sticky, they also stains easily. After 2 destroyed pillow sleeves, I definitely do not agree with the reviewers who claim that Spectral DNC doesn't stain. :shakehead:

Does minoxidil really fully need to dry? As it sits wet it is absorbing. If I apply concealer after 10-15 minutes really shouldn't it be enough to soak in? The minoxidil will mix with the concealer and should still be present on the scalp right?
