im a diffuse thinner on propecia started this jan are we destined to go bald in the horse shoe pattern , i mean propecia wears out after 3 years i hear , no hope for us?

The short answer is no. It is possible, but it comes down to genetics. If you start at a young age or the hair loss is sudden/aggressive, I would say a horseshoe is likely at some point in the future.

Propecia does not wear off after 3 years, I don't know where you got that, but it certainly wasn't from medical literature. Here's a good article:
