12. The method of claim 10, wherein the antagonist is directed to human Dkk-1.

13. The method of claim 10, wherein the antagonist comprises a peptide corresponding to the LRP-6 binding site of Dkk-1.

Do researchers know if DKK-1 is connected with other stuff than balding?

im sure it is...........


Id like to see a topical dkk-1 antagonsit (suppressor) tried for male pattern baldness and see if the inflammation stops in Androgenetic Alopecia and men quit losing their hair after a few months of it. I think it would be very interesting to test that.
