DIY spironolactone

Hi guys,
I'm making my own DIY spironolactone solution and have obtained spironolactone tabs, ethanol, purified water, and glycerine. I'm allergic to PPG which is why I'm using the glycerine. I'm having trouble with proportions though. To make a 2% solution I should add 200 mg spironolactone to 100 ml liquid solution, correct? That would be 8 25 mg tablets. Doesn't seem like a real concentrated solution...am I off a decimal point?

Also, what proportions should I make the rest of the solution in? From memory I think I remember about 60/25/15 alcohol/water/glycerine was suggested, but I might be totally wrong. Can someone help me out or point me to the link that describes it - the search function on here isn't working very well.

Thanks,
Luke
