I am a diffusing thinner. I have noticed the distinction between my thinning hair and my DHT-resistant hair is very clear. My hair does not gradually get thinner, it just instantly becomes thinner.
I thought about this for a bit and wanted to know whether this indicates the extent of my future balding? If you can see the area of my scalp that is affected by DHT, wouldn't it be easier to plan for future treatments (such as hair transplants, etc)?
With receeders, in most cases you don't know the extent of which you will get bald. This could be a bit of a problem when considering hair transplant and such couldn't it?
Anyways, just wanted to know if anyone knew anything on this issue.
