Hi im 20 years old and have been noticing my hair is thinning on top. Most people tell me I am being paranoid but one or two people have commented on its thinness on top. I was wondering whether people could confirm that it is indeed thinning on top.

your hairline is perfect
but it looks like you are diffuse thinning in some of those pics
it very hard to tell by pictures and your hair is very short
at that length it is very common to see scalp
go see a derm and get confirmed
the Doctor might suggest finasteride
and that should help you out with that diffusing problem

finasteride is finasteride
aka propecia at 1mg
or proscar at 5mg
there are also generic versions of these as well
these are very common term on this site
FYI
finasteride = finasteride
MIN = minoxidil
nizoral = nizoral shampoo
all these are the big 3 and are usually very effective at halting or even reversing hairloss
